Who ships with us
Several villas on one account, each billed separately.
You are responsible for several properties, and every shipment that arrives has to end up attributed to the right one — on the paperwork, on the invoice, and to the owner who asks.
A load we have actually shipped runs to 117 things from a dozen different stores, every one of them logged against a property before it travels. This is the path IslandVia was built around — and we set it up with you: properties, suite codes, owners, and a person on the phone through your first shipment.

Somewhere there is a pallet of goods for four villas, and the only record of which is which is a person's memory and a marker pen. When an owner asks why their restock cost what it did, the honest answer is that the invoice cannot be broken down — because the shipment never was.
That is the thing worth changing, and it is not a reporting problem. It is an attribution problem, and it has to be solved at intake or not at all.
Each property on your account gets its own address and its own suite code. You use that property's code at checkout, so a package arrives already carrying the villa it belongs to. Nothing is worked out afterwards.
Those are database constraints, not checks in a screen someone can click past. There is no state this system reaches where a box exists and nobody knows whose it is. The whole path is here →
$595 per ViaCube — one container, whatever the fill level — one fee, not a charge per property. A shared container is allocated across the villas in it by the volume each occupies, so nobody subsidises anybody.
$8 per package received and recorded against its property. 80 customs line items included, then $4 each.
30 days of free storage on every package, counted from the day it arrives, then $0.35 per cubic foot per day with a 4 cubic foot minimum per item.
Duty, 9% import tax, the 1% Customs Service Fee, broker clearance, port fees and island trucking are passed through at cost and itemised per property. The full breakdown is here →
Ask how a box gets attributed to a property, and what happens when someone forgets. Ask us, and ask whoever you are using now.
