Boutique package consolidation & shipping

Order from any US store.

The process

From checkout to your doorstep, four stops.

Every shipment moves through the same checkpoints, in the same order — so you always know exactly where things stand.

01

Order to Miami

Use your IslandVia address at checkout — Amazon, any US retailer, no restrictions on where you shop.

02

We consolidate

Every box gets logged, weighed, and photographed. We pack it all into one shipment instead of ten separate ones.

03

Cleared through customs

Duty, the 1% Customs Service Fee and 13% GST are worked out before your shipment sails, using Anguilla's published formula — so you see the numbers up front, and pass-through costs are billed at cost.

04

Delivered to you

Your consolidated shipment arrives on-island, ready for pickup or delivery — one bill, one delivery, done.

Two ways to work with us. Tell us roughly how often you ship, and we'll show you which one costs less.

consolidated shipments

This covers our consolidation and handling fee only. Anguilla import duty, the 1% Customs Service Fee, and 13% GST are calculated separately based on what's actually in your shipment — we'll show you that breakdown before anything ships.

Shop like you never left

Most US stores won't ship to Anguilla directly. With a Miami address, you can — and everything shows up together, cleared and ready.

Predictable costs on recurring supply orders

Linens, amenities, kitchen supplies — if you're reordering the same things monthly, the annual mailbox plan turns your shipping cost into a fixed, plannable line item.

Who's behind this

IslandVia is still small on purpose.

Every shipment that goes out is one I've personally logged, weighed, and checked against customs myself — not handed off to a call center or a tracking number that goes nowhere. When Anguilla is home to one villa manager or fifty, the process should feel the same: careful, direct, and honest about what things actually cost.

That's the whole premise here. Not the biggest freight operation — the one that actually picks up the phone.

Why IslandVia

The parts people usually find out the hard way.

01 · Consolidation

One shipment, not ten

Ten packages shipped separately means ten separate freight charges. We combine everything into a single outbound shipment before it ever leaves Miami.

02 · Customs, done right

Duty calculated before you ship, not after

We calculate duty on the CIF value, then the 1% Customs Service Fee and 13% GST, using Anguilla's published formula — itemised for you before your shipment sails. Customs makes the final assessment at the border, and those charges are passed through at cost, never marked up.

03 · Every box, logged

Photographed and tracked from arrival

Every package is logged and photographed the moment it reaches our Miami warehouse — you know exactly what arrived and when.

04 · Real handling rules

Fragile, insured, or time-sensitive — your call

Tell us once how you want your shipments handled — always insured, extra padding, whatever matters to you — and it applies to everything going forward.

Questions

What people usually ask before their first shipment.

Anguilla restricts certain liquids, aerosols, and specific food and agricultural items, and the list changes without much notice. If you're unsure about something specific, ask before you order — it's much easier to redirect a purchase than to un-ship one.

Once your consolidated shipment leaves Miami, plan on roughly 2–3 weeks to Anguilla depending on the sailing schedule. We'll tell you the expected sailing date when your shipment is ready to go, not after.

Some carriers, USPS especially, don't reliably scan deliveries to forwarding addresses. If a tracking number looks stuck, check with us directly — we log every arrival by hand, so we can usually confirm it's here even when the carrier's own tracking hasn't caught up.

We do. Duty, the Customs Service Fee and GST are calculated, itemised, and paid as part of clearing your shipment, so you see the breakdown before it sails rather than at your door. Customs sets the final assessment — where it differs from our estimate you pay the actual figure, at cost, with the difference shown on your invoice.

Once a package reaches us, the seller's own buyer protection (eBay, PayPal, etc.) no longer applies — that coverage ends when something's reshipped through a forwarder. We handle every box carefully and offer insurance on request; ask us about it if what you're shipping is fragile or high-value.
